Julie Holiday, Marketing Director

As an addition to the Marketing Department, Julie will help to direct the social media, digital buys and expand the audience growth across Evergreen Podcasts.

Julie is a passionate Cleveland-based writer, content creator and on-air talent.

Most recently, Julie anchored and produced News for iHeartRadio. She specializes in digital communication across all social media platforms. You may also recognize Julie from Cleveland 19 News, where she filled in as a traffic anchor and reporter. Her background includes sales, management, production and design.

Julie brings style, brand-awareness and a drive to strengthen the Evergreen network.

Doug Bailey, New Business Development Director

Doug is a Cleveland native, growing up in Broadview Heights before migrating to the West side after college. He is a husband and father to three. He studied Musical Theatre at Kent State University, is the co-founder of Theatre Agape and is an award-winning stage actor and director. Doug's Business Development experience spans 13 years through multiple industries from manufacturing to medical.

Luke Gibbons, Business Development Director

Born in Cleveland, raised in Cleveland Heights and Lakewood, Luke majored in communications at Cleveland State University. He has been in sales for more than 15 years. He has helped people in the restaurant business, consumer foods industry and in the building and construction trades.

His experience has been with national distributor giants Sysco Foods and Chef’s Warehouse as well as Renaissance Decorating.

Evergreen manages 150+ podcasts across twelve channels/genres. By the end of 2022, the combined network is on track to reach over 13 million downloads, with a number of exciting announcements forthcoming.
