Evergreen Podcasts Partners with 7 Minute Stories Podcast
Evergreen Podcasts (Evergreen), a Cleveland, Ohio-based podcast publisher, is proud to announce a partnership with 7 Minute Stories podcast. This will be the fifth new podcast series to join EvergreenPodcasts.com in 2019.
Storyteller and show Host, Aaron Calafato uses 7 minute story vignettes to share his memories and explore his psyche in an attempt to make sense of the world. Episodes range from a summertime he spent at a makeshift daycare to the night his grandfather slipped into a coma and came to Aaron in a profound dream.
Calfato’s storytelling style has been compared to that of monologist Spalding Gray and radio legend Jean Shepard. His background and experience in radio, theatre, and television all play a role in the making of this show. He has been featured on NPR, The Huffington Post, The Nation, Cleveland Scene Magazine, WEWS ABC Channel 5, The Cleveland Plain Dealer, The Akron Beacon Journal, and more!
CNN’s Van Jones had this to say about Aaron’s storytelling ability: “Have you ever seen the heavyweight boxer Rocky Marciano fight? He throws as many punches as he can and gives you everything he has before that bell rings. That’s what listening to Aaron Calafato tell a story is like.”
"I'm really excited to partner with the Evergreen Podcasts team. They will be great advocates in sharing 7 Minute Stories with new audiences and are true champions of short-form storytelling," shares Aaron.
“We were enthralled with Aaron’s wildly wonderful sense of storytelling,” offered Michael C. DeAloia - CEO of Evergreen Podcasts, “We just had to have him on our new Evergreen podcast platform.”
Over twenty episodes of 7 Minute Stories are available for listening now. New episodes are available every Thursday on iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher, Google Play Music, and EvergreenPodcasts.com/7-Minute-Stories.

Episode 20 – The Night-Night Rules
Aaron was not sure if it was divine intervention or just coincidence, but whatever it was, it gave him the strength to make a promise to his daughter with no intent of breaking it.
