Megan Dunton moved to the vibrant Cleveland area in 2015, where she quickly found her home. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Franklin University, graduating summa cum laude, and an associate degree in Accounting from Cuyahoga Community College, where she graduated magna cum laude. Megan was named to the All-Ohio Academic Team and received academic achievement awards from both the Ohio Senate and House of Representatives. She is currently pursuing her MBA.

Megan brings a deep passion for financial operations, process improvement, and strategic growth. In addition to her role at Evergreen, she is the owner of Indigo Ledger Solutions, LLC, a remote bookkeeping firm that serves small businesses with personalized financial support and precision.

Whether she’s exploring new places, indulging in retail therapy, or coaching her girls’ soccer team, Megan brings energy and passion to everything she does.

Dave is a key player on our podcast production team. He is an established audio professional with a diverse set of skills and experience. Specializing as a music producer, mixer and recording engineer, Dave feels at home moving projects from concept to completion. Hit him up if you want to record some of your tunes! He also works as a composer, studio musician, live audio engineer, and co-hosts his own podcast called DrumChats (obviously about drumming).

Dave is a multi-instrumentalist, but most widely known as the drummer of Grammy nominated band, Relient K. He has spent many years touring heavily, making records (approximately 3 million sold), playing festivals and late night talk shows – fantastic adventures, meeting fantastic people. Feel free to stop by the Front Porch office for an autograph and photo op!

Doug is a Cleveland native and multi-disciplined creative. He grew up in the southwestern suburb of Broadview Heights before migrating to the westside after college. He studied Musical Theatre at Kent State University, before his charisma and extreme extrovert tendencies led him to a career in business development.

He is proud to represent Evergreen as Business Development Director. Doug's sales experience spans 13 years and multiple industries from manufacturing to medical. The heart of all he does is centered on cultivating and nurturing meaningful connections.

At home, Doug is a husband, father to four wonderful kids, a music and theatre enthusiast, and Star Wars nerd. He is the co-founder and General Manager of Theatre Agápe, a local non-profit creating opportunities for accessibility in community theatre; as well as an award-winning stage actor and director in the Cleveland area.

A Cleveland native, Angela moved to NYC and graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a BFA in fashion design and quickly immersed herself in the industry. After eight years in Manhattan, her roots came calling and she accepted a position at Kent State University’s acclaimed fashion program teaching design. As a creative with a tactical business mind; Angela gravitated towards photography where she started the wildly successful Aster + Olive Studio. She has been working with multifaceted clients for over 11 years and she’s excited to share her background in design, teaching, sales, customer relations and branding with Evergreen Podcasts.

Felix is a native Clevelander: born in West Park, raised in Strongsville, an alum of Baldwin Wallace, and residing in North Olmsted. Before completing their Bachelor of Music in Organ Performance, Cleveland's community theatre scene opened their eyes to their true passion: working with small teams to tell stories, touch audiences, and celebrate quality performances. Drawing on a host of community-building experiences, they’re thrilled to help grow Evergreen’s reach through high-caliber production services and ever-expanding partnerships.

When they’re not checking out new podcasts or stoking their theatre career, they can be found exploring the Metroparks, enjoying a single-origin pour-over, taking it easy with a fantasy novel, or spoiling (harassing) their cats.

Afroze Hassan is a communications major with a background in professional photography, branding, and creative media. Originally from Pakistan and now based in the U.S., he has worked with individuals, small businesses, and creative brands to develop visual content, brand assets, and media strategies that support growth and audience engagement. His experience spans portrait, fashion, and editorial work, giving him a strong understanding of how creative decisions support business goals.

Outside of work, Afroze continues to explore creative projects through visual media that reflect identity, culture, and modern expression. He enjoys sharing this creative journey with his wife, whose support and perspective play an important role in his work.

Mike is a Northeast Ohio native born and raised. An alumnus of Ohio Northern University, while completing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration he found community among the brothers of Theta Chi. In addition to being a passionate member of Greek life, he spent much of his free time fostering the local music scene by planning campus music festivals and booking acts for local bars. With a background in digital marketing, sales, and event planning, he’s excited to bring his perspective to help Evergreen grow. Mike values working for a company that treats its creators fairly and fosters its projects to provide high-quality content to its listeners.

Mike loves the culture and community of the creative arts. When he’s not in the office you can find him working on his music, raiding the local record shop, or out on the town enjoying all that Cleveland has to offer. He deeply values human experience and does all he can to make a positive impact on those around him.

Ethan was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he was instilled with the passionate desire to live somewhere else. After graduating from Case Western Reserve University in 2025, that somewhere else became Cleveland, Ohio. As a lifelong extrovert, Ethan loves meeting new people. He channels this energy into expanding Evergreen’s ever-growing network of brand partners. He is an avid consumer of media in any form, and he enjoys working for a company that produces high-quality content for its listeners.

Outside of the office, Ethan can be found at various music venues, art shows, and movie theaters across the city. He lives with three lovely roommates and one mean cat, with whom he maintains a persistent feud.

Samantha is a Cleveland Transfer from Columbus, OH. Since graduating from Bowling Green State University, she moved to the area and has fallen in love with the Forest City.

After years of experience in print, sales, marketing and AmeriCorps, this avid podcast listener landed on our front porch. Samantha is overjoyed to be leading marketing efforts in one of her favorite pastime activities; She loves a juicy story and is self-described as an easy laugh. Outside of the podcasting world, she can usually be spotted hiking scenic trails or biking around town. At home, Samantha enjoys making spices and other concoctions from the garden; Her favorite vegetable is the Habanero, because it's surprisingly spicy, just like her.

Madison is an Ohio native with a Master's degree in Psychological Science from Cleveland State University. Madison's main interests lie with research and data, but she has also studied communications and philosophical topics. In addition to working for Evergreen, Madison is an adjunct faculty member at Lorain County Community College teaching undergraduate courses in Psychology. Outside of work and academics, Madison spends much of her time crafting for her Etsy page and collecting oddities.

Proudly South African and creatively driven, Tiffani blends marketing savvy with serious organizational muscle. With a background spanning Marketing, Advertising, Entrepreneurship, and Graphic Design and a love for systems and strategy, she thrives on turning big ideas into seamless, well-executed results, especially in fast-moving environments.

Known for her sharp humor and cheeky comebacks, Tiffani brings a little sass and a lot of personality to everything she does. Outside of work, she can be found experimenting in the kitchen, crafting bold, flavorful meals for her favorite people — or at the gym, balancing fun with a touch of discipline.

As a producer at Evergreen, Declan is dedicated to creative and engaging storytelling. He enjoys wearing many hats, including that of a researcher, script writer, audio/video editor, set designer, and project manager, to name a few.

During his off hours, you can find Declan on a soapbox preaching about walkability, or making various types of art.

Gray Sienna Longfellow is an Ohio audio engineer (some say an audio wizard!) and musician. Gray grew up surrounded by music and pursued every chance they could to perform and learn. In the summer of 2017, Gray was chosen to attend Grammy Camp in LA on the Electronic Music Production track with Greg “Stryke” Chin as their mentor.

Gray pursued their passion for audio at Ohio University’s Scripps College of Communication, where they received their B.S.C with a focus in Music Production. They are honored to have received an MDIA Directors Award in 2020 and 2021. Gray worked as Chief Recording Engineer with the School of Music to record, livestream, and archive performances of many students and ensembles.

In whatever free time Gray manages to find, they love following their creative passions and playing video games!

Originally from Cleveland, Anthony studied film production and digital marketing in San Diego, California. While in college he gained experience on every type of project imaginable, including feature length films, short films, commercials, weddings, events, and even a few music videos. He has been back on Cleveland’s production scene since 2024 and is excited to see it continue to grow. His favorite part about working in video production is how many different industries and ideas it exposes him to. It’s allowed him to continuously learn new things, see new places, and work with amazing people. No two days (or projects!) are the same.

Outside of Evergreen’s studios, Anthony can be found traveling, working on passion projects, and attempting to get shredded in the gym.

Sean hails from Orange Village, Ohio. When he first got a taste of media production through an internship at a recording studio during high school, he knew that it was what he wanted to do. He earned a degree in Music Technology with a minor in Electronic Media and Film from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.

He has worked on a wide variety of media projects doing everything from recording and mixing music to video editing. Now he works as an audio engineer for Evergreen Podcasts, helping to make sure that the podcasts you love are of the utmost quality. When not working, you can find Sean engaging with his passion for the eSports industry by participating in and volunteering for local tournaments.

Will is a Columbia College Chicago graduate with a degree in Cinema Arts + Sciences, and a lifelong Clevelander. He has accumulated years of experience as an audio engineer, sound designer, and video editor for short films, features, commercials, documentaries, and now podcasts. From stereo, to surround sound, to interactive audio, Will has a wealth of knowledge regarding audio and storytelling through his own company: PrittsPost. Despite having spent a majority of his time in dark editing rooms and dubbing stages with limited human interaction; Will is surprisingly well-adjusted. So feel free to say hello if you see him around at Evergreen or down the street at Lakewood skatepark.

Born and raised in Columbus, Nate is an Ohio native. His passion for audio began at a young age with musical theater production and recorded music. This passion carried through to Capital University, where he graduated with a BA in Music Technology.

Nate now works on a wide breadth of podcasts and other projects such as live sound, mixing and mastering, post production, audiobooks, and theatrical productions. Nate is excited to be involved in creating so many different engaging experiences, and can be easily bribed with a strong coffee or vegan pastry if you have something you could use him on.
