The Team

Evergreen is powered by a team of knowledgeable executives, supported by rock-star talent, and backed by experienced production and broadcast professionals – committed to bringing entertaining content to people wherever they are.

Michael DeAloia

Chief Executive OfficerAnnoying Commander

Michael is the CEO of Evergreen Podcasts. It has been an illuminating and fun experience. As a published author, columnist for a large daily newspaper and former host of a syndicated radio program, Michael enjoys the tumult and opportunity the old media and new media industries offer. Born, raised and corn-fed in Dayton, OH, Michael took his first big step in the world by attending Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. After graduating college, he worked as a software developer focusing on UNIX (the stone age of computer languages).

Michael made his way to Cleveland, OH after being accepted into Case Western Reserve University. “Everything great in my life – both professionally and personally – has happened in Cleveland. What a great, great place to live.” Michael lives in Lakewood, OH with his wife and precocious daughter.

David Moss

Chief Creative OfficerIntellectual Conquerer

David grew up in rural Burton, Ohio where he enjoyed (what some might say) was a storybook upbringing. In ’89 that all came to an abrupt end, when his family moved to Wisconsin and Moss went on to study industrial design at RIT in Rochester, New York. He later transferred to Purdue, joined the All-American Marching Band (yes, he’s a bando), later earning a BA in professional writing and visual communications. In ‘94 Moss headed south to Indiana University, where he launched his career as Graphics/Multimedia Director for the Learn More Indiana project. Along the way, he explored life as recording artist and founding bass/vocalist of two Bloomington-based indie rock bands, until his eventual return to beloved Cleveland in ‘99.

Moss’ disruptive background in creative direction, digital design and technology have made for a career on the leading-edge. In the last decade alone, David launched Future Center for Design and Tech Transfer at CIA, two boutique design firms and the culinary content company, Emerging Chefs – all arguably ahead of their time. A father of three and proud husband, Moss brings mad skills to Evergreen, where he’s fired up to help grow our family of brands into an international conversation.

Doug Trostler

Chief Revenue OfficerMaster Block Warrior

Doug was born and raised in Shaker Heights, OH, a culturally diverse community that fostered his appreciation for music, theater, concerts and sports. Not long after graduating from Ohio State University, with a degree in Economics (what do you do with that?!), he started his broadcast career selling for a local News/Talk/Sports station. Doug comes to Evergreen Podcasts with a rich background in terrestrial Radio and sales management.

"Evergreen gives me the opportunity to leverage my background in Radio in the new, hip, and growing podcast industry. I'm thrilled to be a part of this young and growing company and help grow sponsored and branded digital audio. I love creating new relationships and partnerships in my mission to connect companies with listeners through intelligent and entertaining audio programs."

Doug lives in Orange Village, OH with his wife, 2 kids, and dog. When not working, you can find him fueling his passion for fitness by cycling, running, and practicing yoga.

Brigid Coyne

Production DirectorRespected Wizard

A Lakewood native, Brigid left the Cleveland area to study undergraduate Literature and the Liberal Arts, dividing her time between the University of Dallas (TX) and Christendom College (VA). She returned to her hometown in 2016, just in time to witness a thrilling Cavaliers championship and to join Evergreen Podcasts in their start-up endeavors. When she’s not creating audacious new content for Evergreen, you can find her attempting a myriad of sports, engaging in philosophical debates, watching old films, or perusing a classic novel. Please excuse her obscure “Office” references and unfortunate use of puns.

Julie Fink

Producer & Press RelationsThunderous Bandit

Julie (a.k.a. Big Julz) brings a unique blend of radio, broadcasting and creativity to her assistant producer role. A former On-Air Personality for Hot 98.1, a Rhythmic Top 40 Station located in Greenville, SC, Julie got her start in radio as the Co-Host for The Hollywood in the Morning show and soon found herself seated behind the mic as the Mid-Day host for Carolina’s #1 Hit Music Station. The FM airwaves were a blast but her passion lies in talk radio. After returning to her home town in Aurora, she has found a cozy place at the Front Porch People alongside a freelance writing career and even dabbles with her own podcast (coming soon!). Watching Tribe games and hanging with her niece and two little nephews lights up her Cleveland world.

Conor Standish

Account ManagerQuiet Wolf

Conor grew up in Lakewood and, even more specifically, on the front porch (okay, maybe not during the winter months). He spent countless hours hanging with family and friends, eating, sleeping and it’s where he began his passion – songwriting. He attended Ohio University as a Psychology major/Business minor but, like many recent graduates, found a field of work in something completely different. He started as a Sales Account Manager at a local radio station, then moved to an Account Manager position at a valet company, and now has a happy home at The Front Porch People as the Account Manager.

Dave Douglas

Audio Director & ProducerUngrateful Ambassador

Dave is a key player on our podcast production team. He is an established audio professional with a diverse set of skills and experience. Specializing as a music producer, mixer and recording engineer, Dave feels at home moving projects from concept to completion. Hit him up if you want to record some of your tunes! He also works as a composer, studio musician, live audio engineer, and co-hosts his own podcast called DrumChats (obviously about drumming).

Dave is a multi-instrumentalist, but most widely known as the drummer of Grammy nominated band, Relient K. He has spent many years touring heavily, making records (approximately 3 million sold), playing festivals and late night talk shows – fantastic adventures, meeting fantastic people. Feel free to stop by the Front Porch office for an autograph and photo op!

Eric was born in Akron, Ohio. He studied Music Performance with a minor in Jazz Studies from Bowling Green State University. He left music school to pursue a career in music. In various projects, Eric released records on Polyvinyl and Suicide Squeeze Records. He spent the next few years touring to support those records.

After the birth of his kids, he decided to refocus his attention on audio. Through his business, Frequent Audio, he does recording, live sound reinforcement, audio post-production, and location sound.

Hannah Leach

ProducerAmazing Contender

Hannah Rae Leach (she/hers) is a Cleveland-based writer, musician, and producer. She graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts' Dramatic Writing Program in May 2017 and has since made her home back in Believeland. She is the founding member of the Cleveland Young Playwrights Collective, half of Too Pink Pictures (along with her younger sister), and one third of the glam folk-pop trio, The Prom Queens. Sarah Willgrube

ProducerScratchin’ Dreamer

Sarah came to join us at Front Porch Media Network & Evergreen Podcasts after a long and semi-luxurious career in the film and television industry. She attended Savannah College of Art and Design where she studied Video/Film with a dream and desire for directing. She moved to Los Angeles where she chose a career as a script supervisor working on several movies and television shows you may have seen including Happy Death Day, Adam Ruins Everything (TruTV), and countless Lifetime movies. She has also written, produced, and directed her own short films Remission and Sweet Nothing.
