Chad Pederson rode minibikes in the mid-1980s, graduating to the 125 class in 1988. Pederson would score 67 top 10 finishes during his professional motocross and supercross career with eight podiums and a win in the 125 SX East class in 1993 at the Tampa Supercross. During his career, he rode for a wide variety of satellite racing teams including: Noleen Yamaha, DGY, Pro Circuit Kawasaki, Atomic 22, Primal Impulse Suzuki, Neilson Kawasaki, and Moto XXX. Following his motocross and supercross career, Pederson would go on to have success racing Arenacross and Canadian Nationals.
