Evergreen Podcasts CEO Michael C. DeAloia Appointed to NSBA Leadership Council

CLEVELAND, OH – Michael C. DeAloia, CEO of Evergreen Podcasts, was recently named to the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council. NSBA is the nation’s oldest small-business advocacy organization, and operates on a staunchly nonpartisan basis. DeAloia, a recognized leader in the small-business community, joins the NSBA Leadership Council alongside other small-business advocates from across the country as they work to promote the interests of small business to policymakers in Washington, D.C.

“As an entrepreneur and small-business owner, I see daily the importance of being involved and active in matters of law and regulation,” stated DeAloia, “Joining the Leadership Council of NSBA will enable me to take our collective small-business message to the people that need to hear it most: Congress.”

Michael DeAloia spent the last seven years as CEO of Evergreen Podcasts, a podcast network and production company. Under his leadership, the company has grown from just four original podcasts in 2017 to now producing and distributing over 260 podcasts to listeners in over 180 countries. Evergreen Podcasts is projected to have 20 million podcast downloads globally in 2023. Prior to his role at Evergreen Podcasts, Michael DeAloia was widely recognized as the “Tech Czar” for the City of Cleveland. In this role, he served as the primary point person for driving economic development in the technology sector, working with two different mayors in this capacity.

DeAloia joined the NSBA Leadership Council as part of his efforts to tackle the many critical issues facing small business, including tax reform, regulatory restraint, health care costs and how access to capital will impact small business. The NSBA Leadership Council is focused on providing valuable networking between small-business advocates from across the country while ensuring small business a seat at the table as Congress and regulators take up key small-business proposals.

NSBA President and CEO Todd McCracken added, “I am proud to have Michael DeAloia as part of our Leadership Council, he came highly recommended, and I look forward to our coordinated efforts for years to come.”
